Hello! On Sunday when i got up, my Jenn-Air refrigerator was not working. Completely dead. Internal electric panel dead. I checked the breaker/the outlet, everything was fine. I called for service, and made an appointment for Monday. On Monday am, the refrigerator is working but not as cool as one would like. The technician thought it was the evaporator condenser - and that he did not fix things like this. $75 later, he referred us to another company -- estimated charges $1k. Help! I have two kids in college, and my husband and i are super handy -- any ideas? Thanks a million!

Hi Karen,
Thank you for your inquiry. I would suggest testing your thermostat to see if it is still working correctly. It could be that it is reading the wrong temperature inside of the refrigerator. Unfortunately if it is the condenser that you need to replace, that part is not available from the manufacturer any longer. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.
