It was in perfect condition, fit to replace the item that had broken, and continues to keep my fridge and me both happy.

I ordered this part because the original bottom main frame shelf/vegetable cases in the GE refrige had broken and collapsed under the weight of stuff I stored on it. The new part was identical to the original, but I strenghtened it with some 3M 4000 marine adhesive in the spots where the original had fractured. I think this makes the part stronger and can support all those gallon jugs of stuff that I store there. Happy with the new part and quickness of delivery. Not so happy with the packaging which Fed Ex had ripped in spots, and there was no, nada, nil, zilch, inside protection for the part. However, the part made it to my house without any scratches or breaks which I consider a bona fide miracle given the outward appearance of the cardboard box on arrival..
