I was able to replace the stainless steel handle on my very old stove. The website made it easy to figure out exactly what parts I needed to order. I was grateful that everything was explained step-by-step: first find the model number, then look at the chart to make sure the door looked like the one I had, etc. Because all the parts in the diagram were numbered, I knew exactly what would come with each part: for example, I knew I needed to order the screws separately. The customer service department answered my questions quickly. I would recommend this site to anyone wishing to replace parts on very old equipment! It sure beats buying a new stove!

Part # wb15k1 replaces these:I need to replace the door handle support for Kenmore oven model #362 7596090,,serial #5m229455p..does this part include the supports??

Thank you for your question. This part would just be the handle. The handle is held in place with screws that are screwed in from the back of the door. There is a spacer that you can purchase that would go on the front of the door with the handle. The part number for the spacer is PS221948. If you need it, there is a spacer that the screw would go into when it screws into the back of the door.
