I get error code F3C. All other features work as intended with this unit.

Hello Berkley, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the F3C error code indicates that there may be a problem with the cavity temperature thermistor or the associated wiring. We would recommend checking the thermistor, part number PS2180211, to fix the issue. We hope this helps!

Microwave wont heat up

Hi Latoria,
Thank you for your question. If your microwave is not heating, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the line fuse, diode, the capacitor, the magnetron and the charcoal filter. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

All buttons work except the start button. The light comes on makes a click noise then shuts off.
