Why does this bulb burn out so quickly. This is the third bulb i've installed and each one has lasted just over a month.
For model number PS217532

Hi Louis,
Thank you for your question. If the bulb is burning out too soon, the issue may be the socket or the wiring connected to it and you will need to check the parts to see which one is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Can’t unlock gas oven door
For model number Ac53350as

Hello and thank you for writing.
We suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem.
If the door does not unlatch and you do not have food in the oven, set the oven up to clean for 1-2 hours. Wait approximately 30 minutes for the oven to cool and try to unlock the door.
We hope this information helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Broken plastic parts
Cleaned the refrigerator as the old parts were removed. Installed new parts as the old parts were removed so as to easily identify the replacement parts. Very easy and wife was extremely happy after old plastic parts self destructed over a period of months and refrigerator was essentially unusable on the bottom two drawers.

Simply replaced the drip pans. Came to realize that I had the skill set.
First dressed out with my hard hat, work gloves, dust mask then locked all the doors to prevent intruders from disturbing my concentration. During the installation took video for you tube broadcast and then invited friends and neighbors to witness the accomplishment! Made a sloppy soup to see how the drip pans worked. A+. Received quite a few back pats and atta boys. Most challenging aspect to this endeavor was unwrapping the packaging which was well done thank you. The whole experience left me refreshed and ready to take on the world! Thanks for asking!

Glass on the front was broken by my kids
The repair was much easier than I expected. I actually spent more time cleaning the oven and getting the last few bits of broken glass out of the existing track so I copuld put the new peice in its place. The old peice was black, and the new one I bought from PartsSelect was white. For under $75 we got a stove that looks like new in under an hour.

My electronic control board went out so I could not use my oven. My oven light blew as well.
I started with changing the bulb. I removed the small bracket that holds the glass cover over the bulb unscrewed the bulb and reversed to replace the bulb. To replace the control board I removed the top plate on the back of my stove took the small screw's out of the control panel and unplugged the wire's. Plugged the wire's into the right spots on the new control board and put it back together.
