Hi Vandean, thank you for your question. There are a few parts that could cause this issue in your appliance. First I would say test your elements with a multi meter to see if they are working correctly or not. They should be reading between 0 - 50 ohms to be working correctly. The other part you should check would be your oven temperature sensor. That can also be tested with a multi meter and should be reading between 1000 - 1100 ohms. If those three parts are fine however, then the issue may be in your control board. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Very little bake heat and no broiler heat.
For model number E30EW75GPS4

Hi Kelly, Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multi-meter. When testing the sensor with a multi-meter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature and it should be unplugged from the oven. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If the oven sensor checks out, you will need to check the electronic control board, both the bake and the broil elements and the wiring between them to see what part may be causing the issue. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Lower element doesn't seem to be heating. Removed cover and element itself looks warped. The floor beneath the element looks warped/wavy, i would have expected the floor to be flat. Is the warped/wavy floor beneath the element something i need to worry about and replace?
