The part was 1/2 inch shorter than the gasket That was on the refrigerator so I could not stretch it to fit. I have called your company and no one is there to take the call. The gasket fit well into the door grove but was a little flat and did not seal on the hinge side when closed. After I closed the he door o used my finger to expand the gasket so the magnet would contact the frig side. I had to do this every time I opened and closed the door. The door gasket is large with a magnetized metal strip all around it . It is very poorly packed and was damaged when received . It had been bent over which bends the metal strip and kinks it ruining it.. The freezer door gasket was also received damaged in the same way. It has been replaced and the new one was shipped via Fed Ex all the way instead of Fed Ex smart post where the post office finishes the delivery. It was received in a little better condition and was usable. I don't know who damaged it Fed Ex or the USPS. Better packaging is in order for items like this. The part it self was a oem and speed of filling order were ok. It's hard to rate when the Parts Co did their part but transportation companies damaged the item twice.

refrigerator gasket is worn off
old gasket is very easy to pull off. putting the new gasket will only took me few minutes to put on, just make sure you press it firmly .everything works out right .

door didn't seal good
Pulling the old seal was the easy part. The problem became dificult when I opened the seal package. Either Part Select or UPS had folded the seal in half. Witch caused the wire inside the seal to become crimped up. I used a pair of pliers "carefully" to straighten the wire as best I could. Luckly it worked, after pressing it firmly all th

How do i find the part # on a fresh door magnet? Is it printed on the gasket itself? I want to make sure before i order.

Hello Kasandra, thank you for your question. Fridge gaskets don't usually have the part numbers written on them. For your model, the fridge gasket is part number 241786005 and the freezer gasket part number is 241786006. Good luck with your repair!

Does the door have to come apart to put sku number 215734324 on the door
Hi Adeline, Thank you for the question. You should not have to take the door apart to install the gasket. It will be easier if you remove the door from the appliance and lay it on a flat surface but the door its self will stay intact. Hope this helps!
