One part of the grill burner came detached, caused fire at the connection
I turned off the burner and allowed it to cool. I then checked the website for the part and also got a new grease filter and grill grate. When the parts came, I plugged in the new grill burner, replaced the grill grates, and dropped the filter in place. Total time was about 8 or 10 minutes--most of which was opening the packages. The

I bought this range from a friend and he uses natural gas, i need to know if i can change it to propane fairly easy and what parts do i need to change.

Hello Chris, Thank you for your inquiry. There is a natural gas to liquid propane conversion kit for this model, part# 12001809 and there are installation instructions with the kit. Hope this helps!

We have a Jenn-Air and it was here when we bought our house. We love it but now the grill part on the left side front and back not want to heat up very well at all. The flame will only come up a very little bit and hardly will grill are food. If the buy that same unit will that fix my problem. I believe it close to $300 bucks so I want to make sure. And also I clean it real good too but still it don’t bring up the flame. Thank you.

To fix this issue, we would recommend checking the following parts: the front burner assembly, part number PS11744567, and the rear burner assembly, part number PS1647215. If this does not solve the issue, then you may need to replace the grill burner, part number PS1988290. We hope this solves your problem!
