Not sure what happened to your hole-punching machine on my last order, but there were only holes to secure the bag on one side. I had to physically punch the other 2 holes. Haven't checked this new batch yet, but surely hope they are better.

What secures the bag to the bin?

Hi Teresa, thank you for your question. There are buttons on the side of the container your bag goes inside. The bags have little holes that fit over these buttons and secure it in place. Good luck with your repair.

Do the bags have separate ties included in the box or or are they drawstring designed (which are harder to install)?
