Baker burner burned out.
Unplug the stove from the electric. Took out two screws in oven, placed burner into oven into the open slops and replace the screws.
Open back panel by removing two screws. Attach the two plugs to the burner and close back panel with the two screws. Plug-in stove and checked oven.

Does the affresh work with top loading Whirlpool washers? The only affresh on your website says it works with front loading models.

Not only is there no power to the display but machine is making a buzing sound that comes from pump.
