Silverware basket instructions
The part is exactly the same as the one that ended up with the bottoms of the baskets breaking open. The new instructions fly in opposition to those instructions given for the early dishwashers I loaded and unloaded as a girl (1960s) when the instructions for SAFETY were to always load the silverware with knife points DOWN (as well as fork tines). None of the old baskets disintegrated and I never got cut. Please rethink your instructions and make baskets that permit and encourage safe loading and unloading.
