Machine does not fill all the way. Have blown air through the pressure tubing and it is clear. I do not see a diagram for the fill switch.

Hello Terry, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, your model does not come with the water level switch. If the washer is not filling properly, the issue is with the electronic control board, part number PS16874148. It manages the washer's functions, such as filling, washing, draining, and spinning. We hope this helps!

I can't get the hot water valve to come on . I replaced the selector switch and the water valve. Could it be the control board ? Thank you .
For model number GTW335ASNOWW
Hello Mark, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, we would recommend checking the electronic control board, part number PS16874148, to fix the issue. Before replacing the board, we would recommend checking whether the hot water valve is completely open or not. You may also need to check whether the pressure of the water is as desired or not. We hope this solves your problem!

Washer will not spin or drain. Lower drain hose to floor and it emptied the washer so I know it is not clogged. What do I need? Control board?
For model number Gtw46oasj4ww
Hi Johnny, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the lid switch assembly, part number PS16554755, as it is the most likely cause of this issue. We hope this information is useful!
Washer periodically stops between cycles and won't run. Usually happens after several loads as if it's overheating. After resting a few hours or overnight, it will run just fine again. Periodically throws a "mode shifter" code, but everything works fine in test mode (until it doesn't, then, drain pump and lock only work but not spin or agitate). I tried replacing a main board but that didn't cure the problem and I've also ordered a mode shifter. Is there anything else that could cause this?

Hi J, thank you for asking. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the selector switch assembly, part number PS16217193, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Just replaced the lid lock because the machine would not spin and drain. that didn't solve the issue. It will not cycle through and I can hear a grinding noise when it hits the spin cycle but will not spin and drain.

Washer wouldn’t function using any cycle.
First thing is to download and print the programming instructions for the new control board. The instructions for downloading come with the control board. The control board fits multiple models and has to be programmed for your particular model. Unplug the washer and pull it out enough to work from the back. Remove the main control knob by pulling it off. At the top back use the nut driver and remove the 4 screws holding the metal cover. There’s a ground wire attached to the inside of the panel that doesn’t have to be removed. Let the metal cover dangle. Remove the two screws that hold the top control panel. They are located at the ends of the control panel. Slide the main control panel towards the back of the washer above 1/2” and lift it up and roll towards the front of the washer which puts the main control board in a position that allows removal. Unplug all of the connectors. Remove the 3 or 4 screws holding the plastic board stiffener, unsnap the two posts holding it to the control board and remove it. Remove the main control board. Compare the old and new board. If they match install the new board in the reverse order of removal. After reassembly and putting the washer back in place, plug it in and follow the programming instructions. My replacement of the control board went very well except the first new control board didn’t work. There was one complete zone that didn’t function. I called Parts Select and they sent me another control board which worked and the refunded the cost of the defective board but I was out some shipping expense.

Unit did not go into Spin/Drain cycle.
I thought it was the control board from the onset, but 'Online experts" said it was more likely the mode shifter or the lid lock. I ordered one of each, did not correct problem. Ordered the control board that was designated for this unit, it did not correct problem. Defective? Was send replacememnt, did not fix problem. Twice? Phone conversation with parts person, and after a little digging, it was NOT the correct board, correct board was not available. Returned all parts, refunds all around. Ordered correct board from another site, installed, programed, SUCCESS! Total repair time/installation-less than 15 minutes. Getting the correct part 30 days.
