The parts received have been utilized. The parts fit perfectly. I guess the parts were on a slow boat from China. What doesn't come China today? It took forever and a day for the parts to arrive. I might try Pony Express for delivery next time.

simple job to replace old part

Ok - so the parts were correct, but delivery time was very poor. I received no updates from PartSelect. After several phone calls - (and it was really hard to get them on the phone) they said that they: 1). had the part in stock 2). didn't have the part in stock 3). couldn't get the part 4). the part was on the way 5). (and my fav, "I'll call you back tomorrow when we know if we can get the part") after all this, they didn't expedite the shipping. Yes - got the part, but big customer service issues. They could have done better. But after a month - and a week for ship, I have the correct part. an iffy 3 stars

Rubber feet for my old Dacor cook top, they fit fine. Shouldn’t have taken weeks to get them.

The feet came faster than expected, nice, and got the feet installed in about 5 minutes. Great job. Thanks.

Good to have the feet so the grates don’t scratch the stainless.

Received th part within 3 weeks. Good for an item that is hard to find.

I thought the website had said these parts were in stock when I ordered, but that was not the case. I called the 1-800 number and the operator quickly found my order. She told me the parts were on back order with no clear arrival date but did say they were expected. The parts then came to our home about 10 days later. They are exactly the rubber feet needed to replace all the worn out or missing feet on our steel stovetop grates. Since these feet simply plug into a hole on each corner of the grates and are friction-fitted, the replacement simply meant pulling out the old feet and plugging in the new feet. The entire replacement took under 10 minutes. Thanks for the good help to restore our grates to their normal (and safer) positions.
