Chute-bagger Lower 731-09173A

Hello Les, thank you for getting in touch. Based on research, the size of the hose is 38 x 8.5 x 8.5 inches. Thread the upper end of the chute tube securely into the upper chute support. There are two tabs on the lower inside part of the upper chute support to allow for secure threading. The chute tube and upper chute support are left-hand threaded. Thread anticlockwise until secure. Lift it by the handles at the bottom of the chute tube. Slide the chute tube over the chute elbow mounted on the cutting deck. Make sure the connection is secure and there are no gaps between the chute tube and the chute elbow. If open, close the grass catcher cover before mowing. We hope this solves your problem!

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your question. The lower bagger chute or elbow, part number 631-05029 was replaced with part number 731-09173A. There were some other parts that came with it. If you need the lower chute mounting rod, the part number listed for it is 747-06043. If you need the shoulder screw, the part number listed for it is 738-05040. If you need the flange lock nut, the part number listed for it is 712-04064.
