the filter came and I Installed this. Very good quality. I just do not understand why the store where I bought all my appliances did not have this what a shame. Now my refrigerator freezer is in very good working order thank you very much

The correct parts came and were the same as the original that came with the appliance; installation was easy

Received the part and first off in the Owners Manual it says to Put the Filter inside the cover with the side that says "Front" facing outward......."Front" did not appear anywhere on the filter we received. We replaced it and it doesn't work, then we tried flipping the filter over thinking we put it in wrong and Guess What......it doesn't work !! And we did Push & hold the Air filter Button for 3 seconds. After paying $41.00 plus $7.45 for shipping LG should be ashamed of themselves, selling something like this! Very unhappy Customer.

Part was fine. I cannot believe the price I had to pay. $48 bucks for a simple filter. There has to be a ridiculous profit margin. There could not have been over one dollar manufacturing cost involved. I feel like I have been ripped off.
