Washer agitated and drains, but won't spin at the end of the cycle.
For model number maytag washer mvwc565fwo
Hello Sean, thank you for your inquiry! Our research indicates that the issue is probably with the Drive Belt, part number PS11747978. If that is not the problem or if you have already fixed that, then the problem would be related to the Drive Hub Kit, part number PS6012095. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
Washer sticks on sensing mode, just keeps filling with water

actuator stim pops out hole pup backi works fine week or two
For model number mvwc565fw2
Hello Glenn, thank you for contacting us. If the issue is recurring, the most likely solution is to replace the shift actuator, part number PS11769864. Also, make sure it is mounted correctly. Please watch the attached video for proper installation instructions. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of assistance!
I noticed this repairs agitator not spinning. My agitator spins but the tub does not spin on the spin cycle, but the agitator spins fast, then stops when the tub doesn’t spin. I’m thinking this switch is not working to engage the tub gear on the pulley. Does that sound accurate? Thank you!!!
For model number 11025132411
Hello Rob, thank you for contacting us. Yes, the most probable cause of the issue is a failed actuator, part number FIX16221077. It moves an inner gear inside the gear case to initiate the wash or spin cycle. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

My whirlpool washing machine stays in sensing mode and makes a buzzing noise sound. Is it the shift actuator that's messed up?
For model number WTW5000DW1
Hello Montona, Thank you for the question. Your washer senses the contents to determine the load size and balance to decide on the right amount of water to clean the load. If it is stuck in sensing mode, you can try to reset the appliance. To reset, unplug the washer and leave it for about 15 to 20 minutes before powering it on again. Lift and close the lid about six times within 12 seconds to reset the unit. We hope this helps!

My washer fills with water and agitates but wont switch to the rinse cycle. It says it doesn’t detect water, but it just got plenty of water to go through the wash cycle. And I recently changed the water inlet.
For model number MVW6230hc2
Hi Jared, thank you for contacting us. First, we recommend checking if the inlet valve is installed correctly. If this does not help, we recommend checking the wire harness, part number PS16730931. If the issue persists, then you may need to change the control board, part number PS16660484. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hi Steven, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the drive pulley, part number PS10057144, and the drive belt, part number PS11747978. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the actuator, part number PS16221077, or the drive motor, part number PS11757089. We hope this helps!
My washer won't agitate, but it spins & drains without issue.

Hello Rhonda, thank you for contacting us. A faulty shift actuator can cause the transmission to be stuck in spin mode, resulting in the washer not agitating. You may need to replace the shift actuator, part number PS16221077. We hope this helps.

Machine would stop at spin cycle
After disconnecting water lines and power, tip machine onto its back. The actuator is located under the drum. Remove the cover over the motor/ drive belt. Actuator is located by the transmission and held on by several screws. Unplug the wiring harness and remove three screws with Phillips screwdriver. Install new actuator..
