Drawers were not packaged properly. Had a broken piece on arrival.
I can’t repair them. A piece broke from both drawers. They weren’t packaged properly. I didn’t even see fragile on the outside of the box. I need to return the drawers. I tried to go to The postal office but they’re charging over 100 dollars to ship both items. I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping. I need these items resent but packaged properly to avoid damage please.

What are the dimensions of the replacement crisper for this model? How much is shipping?

Hello Mary, thank you for your question. The Left Drawer assembly, crisper w/rollers, part PS16218649 has several dimensions. Looking at the drawer from the back at the absolute top it measures 16" while if you measure the absolute bottom front it measures 14" as the drawer is actually tapered. Measuring front to back ( deep) it measurers approximately 14". Shipping is determined when ordering. We hope this helps
