What causes unit to give off a burning oil smell?

Hello Gerry, thank you for writing. This could be caused by either a clogged Air Filter (part PS279056 for your model), a broken Capacitor (parts PS1559779 and PS1559778), or a faulty Motor (part PS1559783 for your model). We hope this helps.
