I have an E21 and no stop beep which part should I need? Thanks

Hi Giuseppe,
Thank you for your question. If you are getting an E21 error code is referring to a timer down key. Disconnect power. Test wire harness cables and connections. If the connections are good, replace the center/main electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My induction range oven does not work. Error code F14. What part would be required to fix it and is it worth it to do so?

Hello Donna, thank you for contacting us. The F14 error code means that the control board is failing on your unit. You can try to flip the breaker off for 5 minutes to see if the error is resolved. If this does not help, please check the UI control board, part number PS2581883, and the electronic control board, part number PS2378973. We hope this sorts out your problem!
