Saved $200
Got an estimate from two plumbers and they wanted to $250-300 to do this repair. I looked at your video and decided I could do it myself. The part cost $30 and it took me 35 minutes to do the repair. Thanks for your help.

Worked perfect
The came super fast but what was the most impressive was the follow up email that was sent with a video of exactly how to do the repair. I can't stress enough how helpful the video was and easy the repair was once I watched it.

Water dispenser arm hinge broke
My Man looked on YouTube - took the cover off and successfully replaced the dispenser arm. The hardest part was placing the spring back correctly. I'm so proud of him. Saved us a ton of money and it's better now that it ever was

Needed to replace water dispenser actuator
1. Turned off water and unplugged refridgerator. 2. Removed the drip tray. 3. Removed the 3 screws under drip tray. 4. Pulled facing off the fridge. 5. removed the 3 screws at top of dispenser. 6. The one with the letters at the end tells the color of the refridgerator. I had to return and reorder. The company emailed me the instructions and that went well too.

Water dispenser paddle was broken off
After reading the reviews you have posted on your site I followed the steps others had taken. Everything worked out just fine. The reviews prepared me for the steps to take, otherwise I would not have been able to make the repair. The magnetized part holder was the key in holding the metal retainers until I could screw them in place.

My water dispenser actuator broke.
I unplugged the refrigerator. I then removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then removed 3 screws. After that, I removed 3 screws that were holding the dispenser in place. I took out the old part and put in the new. I then put back all of the screws.

Our actuator is loose & not giving water, could it be just tightened?
Hello Dixie, Thank you for the question. This sounds like the actuator or where it is connected is broken. I suggest removing it to inspect for damage. Hope this helps!
