Attempting to fix a squeaky dishwasher door, tried oil and grease pulley and string but still squeak's. Will replacing both friction pulley solve the problem?

The dishwasher door is no longer parallel with the floor when it is open and the top tilts down allowing the tray to roll out onto the floor. How do I fix this?

Hello Clay, thank you for the great question. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the door spring. We would recommend replacing the door spring, part number PS1524996, to solve the problem. It applies tension to the dishwasher door through the door hinge to prevent the door from dropping too quickly when you open the dishwasher. Glad to be of help!
