This is an inner door glass gasket for your dryer. This part forms an airtight seal around your appliance door so that during the drying function the air is not able to escape. This gasket is all black in color and made of flexible material. It does not come with any tools or clips because it will easily mold in place. This gasket is just under a quarter-inch thick. You will need to replace it if your dryer does not seem to be drying clothes quickly and efficiently.
