My ice maker fills up after starting the first time and makes a tray of ice but doesnt fill up with water after the first tray. Would this part be the culprit or do you think its the water inlet valve?

Thank you for your inquiry. I would say test both parts to see if they are malfunctioning. My first thought would be that it is your water in let valve that is the issue, but it could be either on of those parts. Test them both with a multi-meter to double check. I hope this helps. Water will only flow over evap plate in "clean" mode - is this the part i need?

Did this model come with a factory installed pump. I have a customer that is replacing it & i'm not sure which model to replace it with,
