The grates to the range top are supposed to able to raise and hold in upright position for cleaning. The right side grate now when it opens up and will not hold and falls all the way back down to counter. Left side stays upright in locked position. Is the right side broken? I cannot tell

I need replacement grates, do you stock them. The part number on the grates presently on the stove top are W10814703, W10814704
