Wire Harness W11449066

Part was received in a sealed Whirlpool bag, and looked just like the one I needed to replace. The fan had stopped working in the freezer, and this was leading to frost build up in both the freezer and refrigerator. If the air can't move, the fridge can't cool down. I just needed to remove 2 screws at the bottom of the rear panel, and lift it up. You will need a screwdriver to lift the latch on the old connector plugged in the back wall. With the connector unplugged, there is no power in any of the wires, so you safety can swap all the smaller connectors to the new harness. Note the location of the temperature sensor and clip the new one in the same place and wrap the sticky tape back around it. Once the fan, ground wire, and heater are connected, just snap the main connecter into the back wall. Put the rear panel back in place and reinstall the 2 screws at the bottom.
