Flashing green light on the bottom of the freezer. Freezer getting warmer inside.

Hi Jenny, thank you for reaching out. The green LED flashing indicates that the freezer is not reaching the set temperature. We would recommend checking the door gasket first. If it is fine, the issue is most probably with the control board, part number PS16555732. It manages the functions of the freezer, such as the temperature settings and defrost cycle time. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
