Part came and and I was able to repair the fridge myself. Saved me hundreds!

The part was exactly what was needed and easily installed by a local appliance repair person. It was delivered to me promptly and well packaged.

I thank you for sending me the part I believe I needed. The first part I purchase was replaced and is working. But I must admit, I was unsure how to get to the newest item I needed. After getting help from a friend, I was able to reach it, but I was not sure how to take out all the things in the way to work on it .I ended up working behind it. I "was" able to get to and touch it, but I could not figure how to remove it. I must admit, pretty sad. I believe myself to be pretty good a figuring out how things work. After all that, and the fact that the part was NOT the same as the one that I was trying to replace, I quit and called someone to come an fix it. Parts Select has been very helpful, but I needed a more detailed breakdown of how things come a part, so I do not end up breaking them, trying to fix them. :) I will use Parts Select again on the next thing that breaks, it life. Unexpectedly, part was from the same supplier as the one being replaced. Worked great and installed without issues.
