I won't pay $81 for a lint basket for an old machine. Are there used parts available? Still have the original basket, but it is warped. How do you recommend cleaning it?

Used parts may be found by checking online, but it is always recommended to use parts specifically designed for your model. To give the lint filter a good cleaning, you can use a vacuum with hand tools to remove the lint from the screen and around the frame. Just got this used w/combo and didn’t come with a lint filter. I’m looking at the diagram I believe it is part number 1227. But when I put that number in the search box it says it’s over $117. I must have that number wrong. Could you please provide with correct part number so I can order one. Thx

Nasty, rusted lint trap didn't function any longer
