The sales lady helped me find the part I needed, she was wonderful, very patient Part was easy to replace.

First of all, I was glad that a repair part was available for our microwave / \convection oven. In this case it was a fan cover on the ceiling of the cook chamber. We looked up the replacement part number, did an internet search and came up with PartSelect. The part arrived in about a week or so and it was installed inside of 5 minutes. Good service, good quality, that's all you can ask for.

I have gotten a couple of emails stating they were submitting my request for my damaged item. But it would take at least 7 days. I did talk to someone I called about the damage but I’m not sure how they are handling the situation.but I’m hopeful this email means a replacement is on the way but I must say the two people I talked to at customer service very friendly and helpful as much as they could be as they explained to me they have to submit my request and someone would get in touch from the actual maker of item. Which I have not heard from the maker
