Water leaking, spray arm melted
This dishwasher is pretty old and I live in a rental. When I moved in, the dishwasher leaked every time and it would had been nearly impossible to get the landlord to do any work. I read other repair stories on partselect and figured out it was the spray arm assembly. At some point the arm got detached and laid on top of the heater coil.

I replaced the part by just pushing the center part until it clicked on the bottom---- no tools were needed! The dishwasher works like a champ now. The dishes get clean the first time and no leaks on the floor. I read from other comments that the part was blue and it didn't match the original color. That wasn't as important as having a functional dishwasher. The delivery was delayed because of the health crisis, but once the warehouse sent an email that the part was shipped, I received it as was promised. All in all, I was pleased with the service and part. If there is another situation in the future, I would definitely consider using partselect again. Thank you

GOES THRU ALL CYCLES BUT DOES NOT WASH DISHES

Hello James, thank you for writing. It could be a faulty spray arm part PS12705424. However, the issue may be inadequate water pressure. To correct this, replace the Water inlet Valve PS1990907. We have a video for you to access. We hope to hear from you soon.
