Washer replacement drain pump
I ordered the part on a Saturday Morning and it arrived the following Wednesday in the morning by regular shipment. The part was securely wrapped and packaged so I was convinced it would work properly. I took out the existing pump from the washer and compared it to the new part and they looked identical. Instal was easier than thought and the replacement part works perfectly and without any problems (so far). I truly hope that this part will last a long time.
The price At PartSelect was also lower in comparison to other suppliers.

Washer will not drain
Went to YouTube video and followed instructions.
Hardest part was making sure water from hose does not flood floor while taking it off from water pump and letting water drain in bucket.

Top Load washer would not drain to complete spin cycle.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. After removing the inlet and outlet hoses to the pump,

The water is leaking from the bottom of the washer when the spin cycle is emptying out is it the pump.Thank You
For model number WA48H7-400AW
Hi Leo, thank you for contacting us. We have found that the defect in the internal hoses that connect to the inlet valve could create a leak during the filling cycle. Also check for loose or corroded clamps and cracked hoses. The tub to drain pump hose may be the problem if a leak occurs during the wash portion. You can access the area by removing the front or rear panels. If hoses are fine, we recommend checking the drain pump assembly, part number PS12592631. We hope this solves your problem!

Hi it’s me again I’m wondering if it could be one of the hoses and if so how due I check them for a leak.
For model number WA48H7-400AW/Ar
Hi Leo, thank you for your question! Internal hoses that connect the inlet valve to the tub. A defect in this hose would create a leak during the fill cycle. If the leak occurs during the wash portion of the cycle, then the tub-to-drain pump hose may be the problem. Check for loose or corroded clamps and cracked or perforated hoses. Removal of the front or rear panels will be required to access this area, and some models may require removing the complete cabinet. If hoses are fine, we recommend checking the drain pump assembly, part number PS12592631. We hope this solves your problem!
