will this pump and heater solve the heat dry option on my dishwasher? It does not work.

The dishwasher is making a continuous whining noise. How can I troubleshoot the issue?

Hi Jim, thank you for writing in. Whining Noise: The dishwasher wash pump motor can make a whining sound when operating. This is normal. If it continues to worsen then replacing the pump, part number PS8727899 might be in order. We hope this helps.
Having issues with top rack not rinsing ie spray blades don’t turn - bottom blade do turn - my thought is the pump is not at full power - will this unit fix rinsing issue?
