Halogen Bulb Kit WB49X29679

I was grateful that an additional bulb was included that had a slightly different wire connection configuration because that was the one that fit properly.

This turned out to consist of two bulbs. I had ordered two, to have a backup, and now have three backups. It wasn't worth sending one kit back.

Was the wrong part. Made it work by clipping the wires straightening them and stuffing it in.

I search this part by model and serial number, but it is not the right part. Need to send it back. I’m concerned there part app is not accurate.

After ordering 2 bulbs I found none of them worked as the prongs were not as far apart as the original bulb They are made entirely different now Thanks for your assistance as I was given a full refund Patricia Mongiello

We have a GE Range/Oven. The light is burned out in the oven. The model # is JS966B0D2BB I ordered what I thought was the proper replacement - a 50 watt bulb for that model number. The bulb that was burned out had two straight prongs. The bulb you sent has U shaped prongs. The picture at the left looks just like the one that burned out. The bulb you sent does not look like the picture at the left. Please send another bulb for that model with two straight prongs. Also tell me what to do with the wrong bulb I received. Thank You.

the bulb did not fit the prongs were too close together and there was no leeway to move them apart good customer service and help a refund was issued thank you
