The lower oven heating element dg47-00070a failed (sparks and fire). I replaced the lower element. The new lower element has continuity (verified with multi-meter). The voltage across the “hot” is 0 but voltage from each to ground is 120. Verified it should be 240 by testing the upper oven element. Not sure if there is a fuse blown or if the thermal fuse may have blown.
