Spark module
The two back burners and the center burner were lighting on my Frigidaire stove, but the front burners were not. This part fixed the issue. Now all burners light quickly.

It was an easy repair.
It fixed my problem and provides enough spark to light all the stove's burners. Too bad the manufacturer did not provide an igniter that would last the life of the stove.

Work as expected
The replacement went well although the location of the spark module varies with different models. When it is located under the burner top (which is what I had) there are a lot of screws to remove. It appears the more recent models have the part located behind the back panel for easier access only 4 screws to remove.

Where is the burner spark module located on this model?
Thanks
For model number LGGF3042KFN
Hi Wirt, thank you for the question. The spark module is located under the main top. First, you will need to lift the burners and caps. Pull all the control knobs. Then remove the front panel screws and slide the main top forward and lift it off the hinge. You can then see the control module. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair.

only one side of the burners do not light. I can see the spark but no flame happens. Would this be the spark module or something else?
For model number FGGF3054KFK
Hello Amanda, thank you for the question. We looked into your model and discovered that the problem could be with the gas valves: the burner gas valves, part numbers PS2359012 and PS2359013, are for the right-side burners, while the burner gas valves, part numbers PS2359011 and PS2359009, are for the left-side burners. If these parts are fine, you may need to replace the oven gas valve, part number PS1150314, as it may not release the full pressure of the gas. Before replacing any part, we suggest cleaning the burner holes so no blockage of gas occurs during igniting. We hope that helps!
Where is 5304508269 spark module located on a Frigidaire range
For model number DGGF3042KFN
Hello Tammie, thank you for your question. The spark module is located at the back of the unit behind the back panel. Once the back panel is removed the spark module should be found with wires attached into it from the burner heads. I hope this helps!

Where is the location in the stove to replace a defective spark module.
For model number FGGF3054MF
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. On most ranges, there is a panel that spans the width of your range on the back side of the appliance right underneath the control panel area. You would have to unscrew that panel to reveal the spark module. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair!

One burner (left front) of the 5 burners does not work. When the switch goes to "lite", there is no spark sound. The other burners work vwey well. If the burner turns on and turn on the other any burner, the spark sound can be heard and the burner (left front) goes on. Now i use the other burner switch to lite the burner (left front one). I do not know it is the burner switch or the spark module has a problem. Should i replace the spark module (part no: Ps 11775689)?
For model number Kenmore 790.7270 -2011 Gas range
Hello Zhenya, thank you for your question. Yes, that sounds like a spark module issue. We would recommend replacing that part and if the issue persists, the problem would be with the ignition switch harness PartSelect Number PS3409150. I hope this helps!

For model number kenmore 79072313015
