We moved this fridge recently and lost the top hinge. We had ordered a replacement, and the part does not fit..even though the model number matches the part. i don't want to order a second part from a second company and get a second part that does nothing for us. there is no picture with this item, and i honestly am not interested in gambling again. is there a picture of this part somewhere, and are there measurements?

dropped freezer while moving, door will not close snugly. top hinge appears bent.
