Burned out large range top element
After identifying the part and taking delivery of it, I opened the breaker for the unit and then removed the range top by taking out 2 Phillips screws and lifting the part away from the hinges in the back. The element was attached with only 2 spring loaded clips which I then removed, noting the numbered position of each. I then photographed the wiring (x4) from several angles and removed each of them. I attached the clips to the new element and reconnected the wiring to the main heating element and the sensor per the photographs. The element was then re-positioned into its mounting slots, the range cover was reattached with the screws and the unit tested once power was restored.

stove/oven started popping like the 4th of July while on
Terminal block burned up along with 220 cord & front burner. With breaker off, disconnected the block & cord....and assembled new parts. Next, took 2 screws out of stove top and lifed stovetop up. Disconnected bracket holding burner-took off old burner & reattached new burner. Reattached bracket and put back screws..turn on breaker and everything is like new. Do not recommend service companies to do these repairs. Excellent service with this company on receiving parts within 24 hours. Original manufacturers mark up their prices 30-40% more...Part Select is the way to go. Thank you for your execellent service.

Both front burners only run at high, no temperature control. Would this be in the heater element/thermostadt or the controlo?

left frt surface element would not come on.Replaced left frt surface element. Burner comes on for a minute when switch is on high, then goes off. 30 seconds later comes back on. When you set temp gauge to 5 ( medium heat ) burner will not come on . What is the problem
For model number 665.9514330

Hello Walter, thank you for reaching out. We would recommend checking the left front surface element infinite switch, part number PS11740783, to fix the issue. Surface element control switch turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. Good luck with the repair!
