flipper does not close

Does this include the wire harness? And what is this harness for thas inside the flapper?

Hello Chris Thank you for your inquiry. We show that this part includes the harness and plug to connect the mullion to the main wiring harness which is not included. This part has a built in heater that is used to prevent sweating where the doors come together. We hope this helps.
