My fridge door is hanging lower than the freezer door. After further investigation, i found that there is a metal bracket that the door sits on top off that has bent downward. Based on the diagram i am not certain if that part i need is part 9 or part 11 because part 11 says bracket but does not seem to look much like piece location i need. Can you share any help on this?

Door of the refrigerator side won't close properly like the freezer side.. the door when close has somewhat kind of resistance and tend to open or it needs to be pushed extra or harder to keep it close. i look at the bottom parts and it looks the plastic parts number 9 and 11.

Hi Henry, Thank you for your question. If you are having issues with the door closing, then 9 and 10 would be the parts that you would have to replace. Part number 9 in the diagram is the door cam and the part number for it is PS11751037. Part number 11 in the diagram is the bracket the and the part number for it is PS11773190. I hope this helps.
