After running a clean cycle in the oven, neither the bake nor broiled heating elements would work. We reset the breaker.
For model number PT9050SF1SS
Hello Erin, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a blown high-limit switch, part number PS2370052. We would also recommend testing the bake and broil elements for continuity using a multimeter. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.
Not sure which part is needed to fix code F20. The oven is not over heating it just keeps putting up code F 20 and shuts off. could this be the control board or oven sensor . Thanks for your time. Oh by the way it doesn't matter weather the oven is on or broil is on.
For model number PT9050SF1SS
Hi Jerry, thank you for your inquiry. Error code F20 is an oven temperature fault. It means the main control module is not getting the proper feedback from the temperature sensor. To solve this issue, you may first need to check the wiring between the temperature sensor and the control board. If that is not causing the issue, then you may need to test the temperature sensor, part number PS8754411. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Oven is not reaching temperature and also light switches on and doesn’t switch off. It can’t get hot enough to get out of preset mode.

Oven is reading an f60 code. would I need the Board Machine Control or the Control Board and Overlay?
For model number WB27x29602
Hi Timothy, thank you for reaching out. Our research shows that an f60 error code means that there is an issue with the interface and touch pad. The CONTROL BOARD AND OVERLAY Assembly part number PS12295192 will resolve this issue. We hope this helps.
