My oven continues to heat after reaching set temperature. Element does not shut off even when range beeps indicating temp is reached. If I set to 175, wait a few minutes after beep, shut off, reset to 450 the display will show oven temp well over 200 degrees. Thermostat seems to be working but element never shuts down. Is this the part I need?
For model number NE58K9430SS/AA

the right and left front burner stays lite no matter what temp setting I have it set at. burner stays red hot unless I turn off the stove.
Replacing the element will fix the issue?
For model number NE59M6850SG
Hello Juana, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the surface element switches for both burners to solve the problem. Malfunctioning surface element switches can most probably cause this issue. The surface element switch for the left front and the right front burner have the same part number PS11735754. You may need to order them individually. We hope this helps!
My right front burner stays on high heat unless I turn the stove off. What part do I need to fix this?
For model number NE63A6511SS
Hi Hannah, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, the issue could be with the energy regulator switch, part number PS16633255. It turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Moises, thank you for contacting us. The part labelled as 1-6 in the diagram is the control panel, part number PS12086302, which houses the surface element switches and the control board of your model. While the part labelled as 1-7 in the diagram is the control knob, part number PS11735891, which is used to turn the surface element switch on/off. We hope this information helps!
