Hi Kay,
Thank you for your inquiry. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the spray arm to see what you are missing. You will find the video under part number PS11770483. If the dishwasher is still not cleaning once you figure out what part is missing, There are some other parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the upper rack assembly, the the delivery tube gasket, the water inlet valve, the spray arm support, and the water delivery tube grommet. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Should my dishwasher completely drain when the wash cycle has finished? I notice about a 1/4 of an inch of standing water in the bottom of the tub after each washing cycle.
For model number FDB4315LFC0
Hi Matt, Thank you for the question. Yes, the appliance should drain completely. Sounds like the drain pump, PartSelect Number PS1765174 will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!
Ok,the dispenser door not always opened during the wash the upper rack was not getting clean, so I am thinking the upper arm needs to be replaced. There is not an option to order the middle spray arm. Should i order just the upper arm and see if that takes care of the problem? Thanks
For model number DGBD2432KW1
Hi Tracey, Thank you for the question. If the Dispenser door is not opening, a new spray arm will not fix the issue. There is a wax motor on the back of the dispenser that opens the dispenser door. The motor is not sold on its own so the dispenser will need to be replaced, PartSelect Number PS3655072. Hope this helps!
I received my replacement arm however i can not get the threads to start. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
Hi Nate,

The spray arm would fall off during the washing cycle.
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having the problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.

Parts fall off the Frigidare products in my house.
The parts above fell off or broke and were not covererd under warratee. I called you guys, the parts came in a few days and I snapped them on. Your service was very good.
The spray arm comes off into 3 parts but is really only supposed to be one. I removed the nut from the old assembly and attempted to place the new assembly on by hand. The new nut seemed to be slightly smaller than the original so it would not attach to the dishwasher. Using a kitchen knife, I removed the new nut from the arm unit and attached the new arm to the original nut and it went back on easily. The connection of the new arm to the new nut was 3 tabs that needed to be depressed with the knife and was a different conection method than the assembly that kept coming off in the wash cycle. The replacement part had a much better design than the original.

Upper wash arm bushing had worn
Discovered upper wash arm had come off. It looked like it was repairable, but the bushing/clip holding the arm came off after one wash. Looked on line and reviewed part and saw it was a one piece assembly from photos. Removed old assembly by unscrewing from top of washer and screwed new assembly in place.

upper arm kept coming off and leaking at bottom of dishwasher
unscrewed the old upper arm spray nut off and rescrewed the new one on....very easy...then I took the old gasket out of the bottom of the door and replaced by sliding it in. very simple....less then 15 minutes for both and have solved my issues.
