the part was perfect...installation a little difficult as direction don't talk about how to slide in the panels on the bottom but worked it out. Very happy with part.

Ordered the part on the schematic after entering my dishwasher model number. It pointed to part “6”. Scrolled down the part list to part 6 titled “door panel”. That is what I was looking for. I ordered it and it arrived in black, not stainless as the model number lists. I called up and said I received the wrong part. After a few minutes of the customer service rep entering the model number and looking up the part to figure out why, she came back and said it was user error and that I ordered the wrong color. I stated that I ordered the part it said. Well, if you continue to scroll down the parts list which is off the screen when you get to part “6”, there is a part 6b “panel”, 6c “panel stainless” and more. So, you have to know that labeled part 6 “panel” is actually a black panel (not indicated anywhere). I was told I had to pay full price and ship back the large door panel for a refund which cost 1/3 of the cost of the part. Then I received the next one. The item was not well packaged and the panel was badly damaged in 2 spots. I emailed customer service with the issue and order number, I got a response saying they needed the model number and serial number. I thought that was weird since they just shipped the part to me (they should know that info). I went ahead and found it and sent it. I received another message saying they needed the serial number and model number on the dishwasher. What does the SN and model number of the dishwasher have anything to do with a damaged part that was shipped? After replying that I didn’t have that info, I went through the order process a 3rd time to replace the panel. I finally received an undamaged, correct panel. I also received information stating that I needed to keep the damaged door panel for 30 days Incase partselect wanted it back, Why is it my responsibility to safely store your large damaged goods for 30 days? And, if you actually request for it to be sent back, you will be wasting even more if my time with this issue. This panel was for a client of ours who was very patient while we dealt with this issue. Imagine if they were not. I will NEVER buy from partselect again and will steer anyone away that I can.

I was so happy to find this website. I got the right part to change our dishwasher from white to stainless steel to match our new appliances. Easy to swap out just like the website said.
