Don't seem to be able to adjust temps. Digital # display for freezer are incomplete #s and fridge looks like it displays EF. Fridge is not cooling well. Replace board control?

I am trying to replace the control panel and the old one won’t come out, how do i get it out?

Hi Dan, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not have any information on this part specifically however, we do have an installation video that will show you how to get to the part on your appliance here: https://youtu.be/2XBVf1o5rpc, this is for the actuator but it goes through the steps to get to your board. Once you reveal the board you will see the screws along the edges that hold it in place and you will be able to remove them. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair.

Ice dispenser quit working while i was using it. Error code sy cf and internal lights don’t work. It’s the ice dispenser in the fresh food section. Looks like the wire on the ice maker assembly isbroken and the top holding bracket is hanging. Was going to order ice maker assembly. What do you think. I see it says could be control board of user interface.

Hello David, Thank you for writing. The error code SY CF means that there is a communication error between the display and the main refrigerator controls. You can unplug it for 1-2 minutes and check all harnessess on boards. The two main parts to consider are Main Power Board PartSelect Number PS9495113 and Display Control Board PartSelect Number PS11766774. We hope this helps.
