This is the part number my local Electrolux dealer gave me to replace the part I need. My question is: does it have the white latching mechanism? I ask because it is on my part, but you don't have any pictures that I can see it in, and it is not shown on your parts drawing.

Hi Mike, thank you for contacting us. The latch mechanism is not included with this drawer. You may need to replace the whole dispenser drawer assembly, part number PS3495314, to replace the latch mechanism. We hope this answers the question.
My drawer doesn’t let anything go through the softener compartment, I’ve cleaned it out and it’s not plug so not sure what the issue could be

Hi Lexy, thank you for contacting us. We have concluded that the issue is with the dispenser water inlet valve, part number PS11766077. The water inlet valve controls dispenser water flow. You may need to replace the valve to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
