Does both hinges come with hinge assembly

Dryer door no longer closes properly, sags, and the dryer occasionally will not start (displays: Door). I recently heard what sounded like a screw dropping in the door assembly and now the dryer door sags. Should i replace the hinges or is there another item that needs replacement??

Broken Door Hinge
Having 2 persons make the job easier.
1) Remove the screws that holds the hinge to the body of the unit.
2) Remove the screws around the door so you can get to the hinge.
3) Remove bad hinge and replace with new one.
