My dishwasher will not complete the cycle, but stops before it is completed. I have been told I need a new control board. is this a part that we can replace, or will I need a technician??

We have attached a generic video on how to change a whirlpool control board. It may not look exactly like your model but the steps should be the same. dishwasher more often than not will not finish wash cycle - continues until we cancel has run all day -we have tried resetting.
maybe needs a new circuit board? thanks

Existing control panel W10538041 REV E
Dishwasher has no lights, no power. Just quit washing.
I cannot find a video that is like my control panel.
