Rubber Grommet Specifications

These rubber grommets are commonly used as the bottom feet for gas stovetop grates to secure the grate, and prevent it from moving and scratching the stovetop. The grommet is black in color, and has a 1/2 inch diameter. These parts sometimes deteriorate due to usage and age and should be replaced if you notice they are not holding the grate securely to the stovetop. Remember that this part is sold individually. However, if one is worn, the rest could be too. To ensure that the grate is level and secured properly, replacing all grommets at the same time is recommended.

I did not fully read the description when ordering. I thought I was ordering 4. I got one.
Exactly the right part, promptly shipped. Problem: Mighty expensive part. One grommet about 1/4 inch thick 5/8" dia. with a 1/4"hole - $5.95 plus $6.95 shipping. I think I'll look elsewhere next time.

Grommets missing on stove top
Placed the grommets in the specific hole on the stove top and pushed down. The grommets fit perfectly and the burners are now stable once again.
