Easiest way to remove grill so get access to wheels that seem to be locked
For model number krsc503ess00
Hello Bob, thank you for your question. There are two screws on the top of the grille that hold it into place. Remove those screws and the kick plate should pull of the brackets its attached to. I hope this helps!

I removed the front grille for cleaning, but am unable to reinstall it. Is there a diagram of how it fits and where it connects with related elements? Thank you.
For model number KSC24C8EYY02
Hello Ken, Thank you for your inquiry. To get the grill in place you will want to get the door in about a 90 degree angle to get it to slide into place. Then you would just screw it into place. You can view the parts diagram for the kickplate grille here: https://www.partselect.com/ModelSections.aspx?ModelID=1904045&ModelNum=KSC24C8EYY02&mfgModelNum=&ManufactureID=3&Selected=8JE06J24&Position=2&mfg=Whirlpool&Type=Refrigerator&Mark=2 We hope this helps.
