Hi Steven, Thank you for your inquiry. If your drain pump is constantly running then some water has collected in the base pan at the bottom of the dishwasher and you will need to use a towel to collect the collect and dry the base pan or you will need to drain it. You will need to unplug the dishwasher and either and tip it forward at a 45 degree angle to drain the water. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Failed diagonistics test for owi sensor

Pulled the dishwasher out from the counter, on the lower right hand side, about mid way back there is a bundle of all yellow wires, follow that to the sensor which mounts into the bottom of the wash tub. The sensor is easily removed by grasping it by hand and turn it about a half turn (can't remember which direction). It then just pulls out. Disconnect the wire bundle by pushing on the retaining clip and the install is the reverse.
